First, make sure you have downloaded Python 3.12+.  you can download it on Microsoft stores or online at pythons website. (Recommended to get it from Microsoft store.) Link: Python Downloads
Then once its downloaded press the windows button and enter cmd, once you've opened Command Prompt enter in this: pip install pygame
Then once you've done that open CLMusicPlayer with python 3.12 and start listening!
